摘要
分析了EQ6100汽油机进、排气管结构和与配气相位间的匹配对发动机性能的影响,从提高充气效率和减少排气干扰的角度出发,提出了进、排气管结构改进和与配气相位匹配的改进设计方案。试验结果表明:改进设计后,发动机的动力性能得到了明显地改善。
In this paper, the influence of inlet and exhaust pipes design and matching them with valvetrain on the performance of model EQ6100 gasoline engine are analyzed. From the view of increaseing in volumetric efficiency and decrese in interference of exhaust flow, the paper puts forward the inlet pipe and exhaust pipe structure improvement and matching them with valvetrain plans. The experimental results show that the engine performance has been improved distinctly.
