高校财务管理在高校总体管理中具有举足轻重的作用,要搞好财务管理,必须制定科学合理的财务管理目标,使学校财务活动围绕目标有序运行。要实现财务管理目标,必须坚持财务管理原则,原则是实现目标的保证。

The financial management plays a decisive role in the management of institutions of higher learning. To improve the management, we must establish scientific and reasonable targets of financial management so that the financial activities can be well organized according to the targets. To achieve the targets, some principles should be followed, as principles are the guarantee to achieve the targets.
