摘要
在天然皮胶原中的间质被除去的过程中,其结构也受到较大的破坏,导致Ts降低,抗酶能力下降。采用甲醛、戊二醛、氨基硅、烷基磺酰氯及亚硝酸钠5种材料对天然皮胶原进行改性处理,对这些改性后的皮胶原进行外观、收缩温度、物理强度及抗酶水解测试。结果表明用3%甲醛、1%戊二醛及40%烷基磺酰氯改性后胶原有较好抗酶能力;用烷基磺酰氯改性后的胶原还有柔软及易回湿的特点。
Five kinds of chemical materials,such as formaldehyde, glutardialdehyde,aminosilane,alkylsulfonic chloride, and sodium nitrite were used to denatural the nature skin collagen.After sensory inspection,a test of shrinkage temperature, physical strength and enzyme hydrolysis was done on the denatured natural skin collagen .It was found that good ability of resistance to enzyme, such as pancreatin, 2709 alkaline enzyme and FAS acidic enzyme ,can be obtained when the natural skin collagen denatured with 3% formaldehyde,1% glutaraldehyde and 40% alkylsulfonic chloride . With alkylsulfonic chloride the denatured skin collagen has good properties of soft and easy rewet.
