摘要
分析了摆动活齿传动中各个几何参数对最大相对速度的影响,给出内齿圈相对速度及曲率的变化规律。计算表明,激波器偏心距和激波器半径对最大相对速度的影响最明显,是影响胶合磨损的主要影响因素;内齿圈凹点的曲率和相对速度较大,是发生胶合磨损主要位置。本文的工作可为摆动活齿减速器的几何参数最优化设计提供理论依据。
The effects of parameters of swing movable teeth on the highest relative speed have been analyzed, and the varying rule with the curvature and the relative speed of internal gear given in this article. The results showed that the highest relative speed is affected mainly by eccentricity and radius of eccentric gear, and led to the agglutination. The curvature and the relative speed are larger on the concave surface of internal gear where the agglutination occurs constantly. There facts founds theory base for the optimizing design of the parameters of swing movable teeth drive.
