摘要
在传统电磁换向阀的基础上,用步进电机取代其电磁铁,在步进电机和滑阀之间连接一个螺旋副机构,使之成为数字换向阀,并用PLC的主控单元直接控制液压系统和数字换向阀步进电机,既可省去PLC位置控制模块或步进电机专用控制器,又能实现液压系统节流调速和无冲击的工况转换。
On the foundation of traditional electromagnetic direction valve, a stepping motor is used to replace the electromagnet. Also, a screw pair mechanism is utilized to connect the stepping motor and the slide valve, so that the electromagnetic direction valve can be changed to a digital direction valve. In addition, the main control unit of PLC is applied in the direct control of the hydraulic pressure system and the stepping motor of digital direction valve. All above methods make it possible to save any PLC's position control module or special controller of stepping motor, realize the throttle adjustspeeds of hydraulic pressure system, and implement the transformation of nonstriking work states.
