摘要
采用有限元模拟成形结合试验,研究厚壁圆筒件的成形工艺以及适用其热成形的有限元模型的建立方法,通过模拟及试验对比,分析了颈缩缺陷与成形工艺、预制坯尺寸、模具尺寸、冷却条件的关系,优化了厚壁筒形件的成形工艺、预制坯及模具设计。提出了消除颈缩缺陷的解决方案。
Adopting the finite element simulation combination trial, and studied the forming technique of thick wall cylinder and the establishment method that is suitable in the finite element model of his hot forming. By the way of simulation and trial contrasts,the relation of neck down and the forming technique, prefab blank size, mould size and cool condition is analysed and is optimised. The forming technique and prefab blank and die design .Finally the settlement scheme to eliminate the neck down is put forwarded.
