摘要
目的 :探讨 nm2 3与 C-erb B-2与肿瘤恶性度及转移之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化方法 ,取乳腺癌 98例存档蜡块行 SP法检测。结果 :nm2 3阳性表达 92 .6% ,C-erb B-2阳性表达 45%。nm2 3基因表达与 ER、p53表达及肿块大小高度相关 ;C-erb B-2与 nm2 3二者也显著相关。结论 :C-erb B-2与 nm2 3作为人类正常基因在恶性肿瘤中表达呈高度相关 ,当原癌基因与抑癌基因之间的平衡点被打破时 ,则表现出肿瘤的恶性增高。
Objective:To study the relationship between nm23 , C-erbB-2 expression and tumor metastasis.Methods:The fix secti on of 98 breast cancer patients were applied by histochemistry method (SP) to de tect the expression of nm23 and C-erbB-2.Results:nm23 positive expression was 92.6 %,C-erbB-2 was 45 %,nm23 expression showed high relations hip with ER,p53 expression and tumor size ,both expression was highly correlate d.Conclusion:As human being's normal gene group ,nm23 and C-erb B-2 expression were highly responsive to cell's malignancy.When this balance po int was broken, cancer will occur.
