摘要
介绍了大型电炉先进设备及其技术在50 MVA电炉电极压放装置中采用新型抱闸装置。该抱闸分为上抱闸和下抱闸,压放电极是通过抱闸油缸、压放油缸、弹簧及钢丝绳等各设备配合完成电极压放动作。此技术使闸瓦与电极间受力均匀,保证了大直径电极压放的正常进行,利于铁合金生产的顺行。
The electrode slipping mechanism in 50 MVA furnace adopts new band-type brake which is made up of up and down brake.Brake cylinder,slipping and wire rope cooperate electrodes to finish press action.It makes a balance of strength between slipper and electrodes,ensures normal operation of large diameter electrodes slipping and it is good for smooth production of ferroalloy.
