On the base of analyzing efficiency of financial market and motivation of enterprise diversification, this article studies the efficiency of the different evolution forms in financial market and its impact on social resource distribution function. And then the internal relationship of enterprise diversification and efficiency of financial market is analyzed.The problems and countermeasures of Chinese enterprises diversification are also researched.
