在论述了“发展”理念的内涵及其特点的基础上 ,重点阐述了推进我院教学科研发展的基本途径 ;师资队伍建设是我院发展的关键。旨在不断强化师生发展理念 ,进一步推进我院办学水平持续深入发展。

On the basis of discussion of the connotation and characteristic of 'development', this paper mainly elaborates the essential paths in the course of promoting the development of educational works for Shijiazhuang University of Economics. It is considered that the structure of teaching team is the key for University development. The core of talent theory is the synthetic development in knowledge, competence and accomplishment. The purpose of this discussion is to emphasize the development ideology on teachers and student, to promote he successive development of educational works in the University.
