The thesis analyzes the status and problems of property configuration, framework system and household management of the private-owned enterprises in Hebei province, and brings forward that qualified entrepreneur is the core of the system innovation of enterprises, and the perspicuous property system and decentralization can guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises. The thesis also discusses the ways and ideas about constitution of a flexible and efficient organization system and improvement of the household management.
