摘要
随着知识经济的到来 ,传统的人力资源管理模式、理念、组织结构等已逐步不能适应知识经济发展的客观要求 ,面临着全球经济一体化和文化多元化、管理模式创新、组织结构变革、新的管理理念和方法等多方面的冲击和挑战。组织结构将呈网络化扁平化发展趋势、学习型组织将成为组织形态的主流模式、工作方式团队化、人力资源工作外包化及跨国公司的用人制度本土化等多方面的发展态势。
At the arrival of knowledge economy, traditional mode, theory, organizational framework for human resources management is unable to meet the development of knowledge economy. The human resources management is faced with impacts and challenges that come from global economy integration, culture pluralism, innovation of management mode, new management theories and methods, and so on. The organizations will develop toward the networked or flattened framework trends. Learning type organization will become the mainstream of organizational form. The collectivism, work subcontract, localization of employment system in transnational corporation will be the development trends in human resources works.
