摘要
通过阐述电子商务对旅行社影响 ,对旅行社信息技术应用程度低 ,旅行社的科技含量低 ;网站的运营与实际业务没有实现有效结合 ;网上、网下经营环境不完善等问题的分析 ,说明只有提高科技含量 ,提供增值服务 ,建设完善网络营销环境 ,旅行社的发展才能适应新形势的需要。
By elaborating the impact of e-commerce on travel agencies, this paper discusses the application of e-commerce for travel agencies. The problems existed in travel agencies mainly include backward application of information technology, ineffective combination of website and practical business, imperfect network operation environment. Travel agencies should solve above problems if they want to meet the need of market.
