Ideology of Circulated Economy and Its Model Establishment

循环经济本质上是符合生态规律的可持续发展经济 ,发展循环经济是实现可持续发展战略的重要途径。通过论述循环经济在当代产生的背景 ,阐述其形成的理念、特征及其原则 ,结合国际社会的实践 ,提出在我国建立循环经济的思路和对策。

Essentially the circulated economy is a type of sustainable development economy which accords with ecological rules. To develop circulated economy is an important approach for realizing sustainable development strategy. This paper discusses the present background of circulated economy, elaborates its generating ideology, characteristics and principle. Combining with the practice in international circumstance, some thoughts and countermeasures about the establishment of circulated economy in China are proposed.
