摘要
首先给出普通高校办学特色的概念、分类、标志 ,然后从概念出发阐述了办学特色的理论基础、基本原则和方法论。系统深入地讨论了有关办学特色的理论和方法问题 ,所提出的观点、方法、技术对指导普通高校实施办学特色有较强的指导意义和实用价值。
This paper first describes the concept, classification and indexes of school-running characteristics, then elaborates the essences, principle and practice. The theory and practice of school-running characteristics are systematically discussed. The ideology, practice and techniques proposed in this paper are significant for guiding universities to realize their characteristics.
