通过招生制度改革 ,人才培养的科学定位 ,创新能力的培养 ,“3+1”模式初探 4个方面构筑了工商管理专业人才培养模式的框架 ,以打破不合理的传统培养模式 ,为社会输送高素质的工商管理人才。

This paper establishes the educational model structure of business management specialty form four aspects of students recruiting system reform, scientific positioning of professional education, creativity and '3+1'educational model. The traditional educational pattern should be reformed in order to provide business management with competent talents for the society.
