再生障碍性贫血患者血浆及骨髓上清TNF-α、IFN-γ、G-CSF测定及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :了解再生障碍性贫血 (再障 )患者血浆及骨髓上清TNF -α、IFN -γ、G -CSF水平的变化 ,及其与再障发病的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫 (ELISA法 )对 2 8例再障患者及 2 0名正常人血浆及骨髓上清TNF -α、IFN -γ和G -CSF进行检测。结果 :再障病人骨髓上清G -CSF、TNF -α、IFN -γ水平与正常对照组比较均有明显统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,但与自身血浆水平相比无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :再障患者血浆及骨髓上清G -CSF、TNF -α、IFN -γ水平较正常对照均有不同程度的增高 ,这些变化可能参与了再障的发病过程。 Objective: To detect the levels of grannulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF), tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), Interferon-γ(IFN-γ) of peripheral blood plasma(PBP) and bone marrow plasma(BMP) from the patients with aplastic anemia and explore the relationship between those cytokines and the pathological mechanism of aplastic anemia. Methods:Endogenous G-CSF,TNF-α,IFN-γ in PBP and BMP were measured in 28 aplastic anemia patients and 20 normal controls with ELISA. Results: The levels of G-CSF, TNF-α, IFN-γ in BMP of the aplastic anemia patients were significantly increased than those of normal controls ( P <0.05-0.01), but there were no difference from PBP( P >0.05). Conclusion: The levels of endogenous G-CSF, TNF-α, IFN-γ in PBP and BMP were high, which presumed that the changes may play a role in the pathophysiological processes of aplastic anemia.
