摘要
为使博物馆的投资更合理、更科学 ,管理者应引进商业中营销、策划、市场调查等一些管理理念 ,把将要拟建的博物馆或将要推出的展览看成是一个新的产品 ,出台之前也要作大量的市场调查 ,使决策有更充分的依据 ,投资得到最佳的社会效益和经济效益。
Not only is a museum a temple of cultures and arts, but is an essential part in urban life. In order to invest more rationally and scientifically, the author thinks that the management of a museum should introduce some managing concepts of marketing ,designing ,and investigating in commerce, and regard a museum under construction or an arranging exhibition as a new product. Before the work is to be done, the management should conduct much market investigation in order to have more adequate information when making a decision. It is well known that investment in museums can lead to excellent social profits and economic profits.
