摘要
目的 :探讨bcl- 2及bax的异常表达与小肠移植急性排斥反应的关系。方法 :选用近交系F344 /N和封闭群Wistar/A大鼠建立同种异基因小肠移植模型 36例 ,应用免疫组化检测bcl - 2及bax在移植肠组织中的表达。结果 :异基因组术后第 3天 ,bcl- 2的表达显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并随着移植天数的增加 ,差异更加显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;bax的表达与对照组比较差异无显著性 ,但bcl- 2 /bax呈下降趋势 ;他克莫司 (FK5 0 6 )治疗组内bcl- 2及bax表达与对照组比较 ,差异均无显著性。结论 :移植肠组织内bcl- 2表达水平可作为早期诊断急性排斥反应的一个参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bcl-2/bax expression and small intestinal transplantation rejection. Methodes: Using inbred F344/N and Wistar/A rats allogene small intestinal transplantation model ,the expression of bcl-2 and bax were detected with immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of bcl-2 in small intestine mucous membrane epithelial decreased remarkedly ( P <0.05) on day 3 postoperatively in group Ⅲ and the difference was especially significant ( P <0.01) as the survival time of transplantation rats prolonged. There was no notable difference between the rejection and the normal intestine in bax expression( P >0.05), but the ratio of bcl-2/bax was decreased. In bundle of FK506 treatment group,there were no significant difference of bcl-2 and bax expression compared with contrast group( P >0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of bcl-2 is a early marker of the acute rejection of small intestinal allograft.
