摘要
采用二维粘性数值模拟方法对三个不同参数的空调用多翼离心风机叶轮进行了数值计算 ,分析了空调用多翼离心叶轮的内部流场 ,预估比较了三个叶轮的风量静压性能 .预估结论与试验结果相符 ,说明了在空调用多翼离心风机设计中可以采用数值模拟技术对叶轮性能进行预估 ,以减少实物模型试验 ,缩短产品开发周期 。
Based on 2D viscous numerical calculation, the flow fields of three multi blade centrifugal fans used in air conditional system was simulated numerically. The flow fields were analyzed and the performance of three fans were predicted and compared The simulation result was in conformance with the experiment result, indicating that the 2D numerical flow simulation can be integrated into design procedure for multi blade centrifugal fan used in air condition system to reduce the development cost by lessening model experiments.
