摘要
传统光学测试有大量繁琐的前后期处理过程 ,集光、机、电、计算机一体化的智能光斑分析仪解决了这个问题 ,整个系统采用积木式结构 ,自动实现成像光斑的灰度数据采集及后续图像处理 ,测量准确、直观 ,对简化操作步骤、提高测量精度、降低操作人员劳动强度有着重要意义 .针对研制过程中数据处理的几个关键问题 。
Some complicated problems in traditional optical measuring instrument were solvedby infrared brainpower image measuring system integrated with optics, machine, electronics and computer. Modular structure was adopted in the whole system automatically implementing capture of grayscale data and analyzing image. The system is very important for simplifying operation stages, improving accuracy of measuring and reducing work strength of operator because of its accurate and viewable measuring. Some problems in the data process were analyzed and some solutions were proposed.
