摘要
目的 :研究肿瘤坏死因子相关诱导配体受体在前列腺癌组织中的表达情况。方法 :应用RT PCR检测 2 0例良性前列腺增生和 2 0例前列腺癌组织中的死亡受体DR4、DR5、假受体DcR1、DcR2的mRNA表达。结果 :良性前列腺增生组织中DR4、DR5、DcR1均为 85 % (17/ 2 0 ) ;DcR2为 75 % (15 / 2 0 )。前列腺癌组织中死亡受体DR4、DR5为 80 % (16 / 2 0 ) ;DcR1阳性表达率为 15 % (3/ 2 0 ) ;假受体DcR2于前列腺癌组织中未见表达。结论 :前列腺癌组织中的DcR1、DcR2受体缺乏表达 ,DcR1。
Purpose:To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) receptors in human prostate tumors.Methods:TRAIL receptors mRNA were tested by means of RT-PCR.Results:The positive expression of death receptor 4(DR4)、death receptor 5(DR5 )and decoy receptor 1(DcR1) in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were all 85% (17/20),decoy receptor 2 (DcR2) was 75%(15/20). The positive expression of DR4、DR5 in human prostate cancer were both 80% (16/20);DcR1 was 15%(3/20),DcR2 was not dectected in tumor tissue.Conclusions:DcR1、DcR2 were not prevalent expressed in prostate cancer, decoy receptor DcR1 and DcR2 may play an important role in apoptosis of prostate carcinoma.
