摘要
分析影响山西省强筋小麦产业化发展的主要因素是"质量不稳、数量不足",提出在充分研究品种、栽培和环境的基础上,实现区域化、规模化、标准化生产,创建优质专用粉品牌,才能实现强筋小麦生产的持续发展。
Based on analysis of the impairing factors of unstable quality and insufficient quantity to strong its sustainable development depends on good study of its variety,cultivation technology and environment,plus production zoning,broad in scope and standardization and creation of finequality specialpurposed wheat brand.
