晚红葡萄在反复干旱胁迫下的水分生理反应 被引量:10

Studies on Water Physiological Parameters in 'Red Globe'(Vitis Vinifera L) under Repeated Soil Water Deficits

摘要 采用盆栽2年生自根苗对晚红葡萄在反复干旱胁迫和充足供水条件下的水分生理参数进行了比较研究。结果表明,晚红葡萄在反复干旱胁迫下叶片水势(Ψw)降低。但在相同相对含水量下,其Ψw比对照高。随着Ψw的下降,膨压(Ψp)逐渐降低,但在相同Ψw下,Ψp高于对照,最大Ψp比对照高0.15MPa。晚红葡萄具有渗透调节作用,但其调节能力仅有0.16MPa。反复干旱下,细胞最大体积弹性模量(εmax)增大,细胞壁刚性升高。 Some water physiological parameters of potted oneyear grapevine plants (Vitis Viinifera L cv Red Globe) under the conditions with sufficient or repeatedly deficient soil water supply were determined. The results showed that its leaf water potential (Ψw) decreased during repeated soil water deficits. But at a given relative water content the stressed leaves possessed a higher water potential in comparison with the wellwatered leaves. The turgor potential (Ψp) in the stressed leaves progressively decreased while its water potential dropped, but at a given water potential, it was higher than that in the wellwatered leaves. 'Red Globe 'had certain osmotic adjustment, its osmotic potential at full turgor decreased by 0.16MPa. And during repeated soil water deficits, its bulk volumetric elastic modulus at full turgor (εmax) increased.
