园艺植物类胡萝卜素的代谢及其调节 被引量:39

摘要 类胡萝卜素是植物中最重要的一类色素,具有广泛的生物功能,尤其与人类健康关系密切,是决定园艺植物中水果、蔬菜品质和花卉观赏价值的重要指标.本文综述了柑橘、番茄、万寿菊等园艺植物类胡萝卜素的发育特点及其在基因分子水平上的调控以及环境因子、化学药剂等因素对类胡萝卜素形成影响的研究进展. Carotenoids constitute one of the most important classes of plant pigments and have a range of diverse functions and actions, especially in relation to human health. They play a crucial role in defining the quality of fruit and vegetables and the decorative value of flower. This review article introduces the recent advances in study on gene regulation of carotenogenesis and effects of environment and chemicals on carotenogenesis in garden crop such as citrus, tomato, marigold and so on.
