摘要
研究了稀土元素钇 (Y)对Mg 9Al 1Zn合金铸态组织及时效硬化特性的影响。结果表明 :Y促进合金的晶粒细化 ,并形成高熔点的Al2 Y相 ;含Y的Mg 9Al 1Zn合金固溶处理后的硬度高于不含Y的镁合金。Y推迟镁合金的时效过程 ,这是由于固溶处理时Al2 Y相不能溶于α Mg基体中 ,因而使得Mg 9Al 1Zn 1Y试样中Al在α Mg基体中的固溶量减少 ,Mg1 7Al1 2
The effect of yttrium on as-cast structure and age hardening of the magnesium alloy Mg-9Al-1Zn were investigated. The results show that grain size of the alloy decreases and a new phase of Al 2Y which has a higher melting temperature than Mg 17Al 12 is formed by additions of yttrium. The hardness of the alloy containing yttrium is higher than that of Mg-9Al-1Zn after solid solution treated. The age hardening process is delayed by yttrium owing to the fact that Al\-2Y can not dissolve into α-Mg matrix and the contents of aluminum in α-Mg matrix of Mg-9Al-1Zn-1Y sample is decreased.As a result, the driven force to form Mg 17Al 12 was decreased.
