摘要
通过对合金成分的优化设计 ,对冶金、铸造、热处理工艺的试验研究 ,对合金力学性能、组织结构及冲击腐蚀磨损试验等 ,获得了适合于冶金矿山湿式磨机衬板使用的新型合金。装机试验结果表明 ,用该合金制作的球磨机衬板在冶金矿山湿式磨机中的使用寿命可以达到高锰钢的 2倍以上 。
A new kind alloy was obtained by optimizing the design of alloy composition,and experimentally investigating the technologies of metallurgy, casting and heat treatment of the alloy. The mechanical properties of the alloy was tested. The analysis of its microstructure and the experiment on property of impact-corrosion-abrasion were carried out. The results show that the new alloy is suitable for lining board in wet milling machine in metallurgy and mine field. The service life of the new alloy lining board is two times longer than that of ZGMn13, its property is higher than that of any other alloy lining board.
