激光表面重熔NiTi形状记忆合金组织及腐蚀性能 被引量:7

Microstructure and Corrosion Properties of Laser Surface Remelted NiTi Shape Memory Alloy

摘要 采用 2kWNd :YAG激光器对NiTi合金进行表面重熔处理 ,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X光电子能谱分析重熔层成分和组织结构 ,利用电化学测试研究重熔层耐腐蚀性能。结果表明 :NiTi合金经过激光重熔处理后 ,可得到致密的重熔层 ;根据激光处理参数的不同 ,在重熔层中会出现Ti2 Ni、TiNi3等新相 ,重熔层表面Ti Ni及Ti4 + Ti比显著提高 ; Laser surface remelting was performed on NiTi alloy by a 2kW Nd-YAG laser. The microstructure and chemical compositions of the remelted layer were investigated with SEM, XRD and XPS. The electrochemistry test was employed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the remelted layer. The results show that a compact remelted layer was formed on the NiTi alloy after laser surface remelting. New phases such as Ti 2Ni and/or TiNi 3 were identified in the remelted layer for different laser parameters. The Ti/Ni and Ti 4+/Ti ratio values of the remelted samples increased significantly as compared to that of the un-treated alloy. The enhanced corrosion resistance was confirmed by electrochemical polarization curves.
