摘要
本文对多壁碳纳米管薄膜在外界中的气敏性质进行了研究。实验结果表明,空气中,多壁碳纳米管薄膜对水分子的吸收是最主要的作用,并讨论了其气敏性质与薄膜比表面积及化学修饰之间的关系。
The gas sensitive characteristics of the multi-wall carbon nanotube films were studied. The experimental results show that in air, adsorption of water vapor dominates. The influences of the specific surface area and chemical modification on the gas sensitive characteristics were discussed. The change of the electric conductivity of carbon nanotube was described and the electric current distribution of the sample was given.
