This article introduces the construction of ultra sonic welder in simple. It analyses the movement features of the mechanic movement of welding head traversing, welding wheel turning, welding head lifting and welding head rotating during roll welding of ultra sonic welder. It points out the defects of the existing mechanic devices and proposes the remedial measures.
