The regulation and development trend of CBA professional league

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实证分析法以及逻辑分析法,对CBA职业联赛监管运行存在的问题进行了深入剖析,并总结了其发展趋势。结果表明:联赛监管运行协同性不强;联赛机构设置不够科学;监管职责不清晰;联赛监管难度大。CBA职业联赛监管发展应向监管目标明确、监管效果高、管办分离以及协同监管的方向迈进。

A thorough analysis was made on the regulation problems of Chinese men's basketball pro-fessional league with the methods of documentation,expert interview,empirical analysis and logic a-nalysis and CBA development trend was also summarized.The results show that the league regulation operation interoperability is not strong;league organization setup is not science;regulatory responsi-bilities are not clear;league regulation has great difficulties.Therefore,it is suggested that CBA league should have specific regulation goals and separate regulation from management to achieve good regulation effect.
