摘要
训练负荷是由负荷量和负荷强度两大因素构成。年度训练负荷安排是指科学调控运动员年度训练过程中负载变化以满足训练的需要。研究以我国举重运动员廖辉备战第12届全运会比赛当年训练的抓举和挺举的强度、比例、量,以及次数、组数、周均强度、周均负荷量等负荷特征为主要研究内容,为我国举重高水平运动员科学化训练提供有益启示。
Training load is composed of the amount and intensity of the load.Annual training load arrangement is the scientific control of training load to satisfy the training needs of the year.This pa-per,taking weightlifter Liao Hui in preparation for the 12th National Games as study object,ana-lyzed the training intensity,amount and proportion between snatch and clean and jerk,as well as the number,group number,average weekly intensity and load characteristics,with a view to provide scientific basis for the training load arrangements.
