面对“SARS”这突如其来的疫情 ,如何提高机体抵抗疾病的“防卫的体力”尤为重要。科学的、适宜的体育锻炼是提高“防卫的体力” ,抗击“SARS”等疾病最有效的方法。“防卫的体力”是健康必不可少的重要条件。因此 ,唤起人们对“防卫的体力”
Facing the SARS arising suddenly,we must keep active life attitude.It is important that how to increase defensive physical strength to resist stimulus,biololgy attack or disease.The most effective way to counterattack the SARS is to take exercise scientifically and aptly.Defensive physical strength can keep the life healthy,and it is a necessary condition for health.It is necessary to ingeminate its importance and evoke people to think much of the defensive physical strength.
