我国西部地区居民体育健身情况研究综述

Review on Physical Activities of Western Region Residents in China

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国西部地区居民体育健身情况进行了分析研究。我国西部地区居民的体育态度积极 ,体育认知水平在提高 ,体育动机多样化 ,活动项目和形式带有明显的区域性和民族性特点 ,活动场所相对固定。但体育人口低于我国平均水平 ,体育消费水平较低 ,缺乏兴趣、方法、知识。

By the methods of documental material,the present physical activities of western region residents in China are studied in this paper.Athletics attilude in western region residents in China is positive;The athletic level of perception is gradully improved;Average level of the athletic population of the western region is lower than that of the average level of our country motive diversification;The exercise item and form have the obvious local area race characteristics;The exercice place is opposite fixed;The level of sports consumes is lower.The main reason of affectiung physical activities of western region residents in China is the lack of inter,method,knowledge,organization,guidance and physical activity enviroment.
