摘要
有关夫妻财产的范围及离婚时夫妻财产分割是婚姻法关于夫妻财产的核心问题。在司法实践中,夫妻财产表现的形式不同,离婚时分割的方式也不同。
The field of the property between husband and wife and the partition in their divorce are the key problem in the marriage law. In the administration of justice the form of the partition depends upon the form of the property.
