摘要
在分析乌苏里江流域洪涝灾害和防洪工程现状的基础上,提出了流域防洪工程规划,以提高流域防洪能力。
Basing on the analysis to the existing circumstance of flood disaster and lodgment of water and flood control project for Wusuli River Valley,this articl renders the valley flood control project plan to improve the valley flood control ability.
