企业创新过程中的知识管理导向

Knowledge management guidance during the enterprise innovation

知识管理的导向问题是企业创新绩效和价值创造的决定性因素之一,也是企业创新过程管理面临的重要问题。针对这一问题,本文采取定性与定量相结合的方法,分析了知识管理导向与创新绩效的关系,并从知识管理的角度考察了企业创新过程的三个阶段,在此基础上,通过对不同阶段知识管理导向的比较分析,提出企业应当将技术绩效导向作为创新过程中知识管理的中心环节。

Knowledge management guidance is one of the decisive factor s of enterprise innovation performance and value creation,and also is an importan t issue during the enterprise innovation management. Aiming at this issue,the a ut hor adopts method of qualitative and quantitative combination,analyses the re lat ion between knowledge management guidance and innovation performance,explore s th e three stages during the enterprise innovation viewing from the aspect of knowl edge management,then analyses the knowledge management guidance comparativ ely of different stage and raises that enterprise should regard the technology perform ance guidance as the core main of knowledge management during innovation .
