摘要
评价了不同机械搅拌力、不同含水率条件下 ,碱、表面活性剂、聚合物溶液与原油间的乳化能力 ,研究了这种三元复合驱过程中形成的乳化液类型及其稳定性 ,给出了油水比、化学剂类型、浓度、外力及其综合作用对产生乳化的影响程度。分析了大庆油田三元复合驱矿场试验中采出液产生乳化的原因。室内物理模拟实验表明 ,三元复合驱过程中产生的原油乳化作用是提高驱油效率。
The stability and emulsification ability of the emulsion formed by unitary,duality or ternary solutions containing alkaline,surfactants and polymer with crude oil were investigated under the conditions of the different ratios of water to oil and various stirring forces.It is disclosed that the main factors affecting the emulsification in the alkaline_surfactant_polymer (ASP) flooding are water to oil ratio,types and concentrations of chemicals,applied force and their synergetic process.The reasons for emulsification of produced fluid in ASP flooding of Daqing Oilfield were also explained.Oil emulsification and emulsion profile control are the key factors in the ASP flooding mechanisms for increasing oil displacement efficiency and sweep efficiency.The laboratory physical simulation shows that oil emulsification of ASP flooding can improve the interlayer and in situ interference and favor further improvement of oil recovery efficiency.
