基于结构方程模型的“预约式”面授教学效果分析

摘要 "预约式"面授教学是不同于传统集体教学的一种创新式个性化教学理念,改变了远程教育中学习者学习过程缺失、学习资源针对性不佳、传统的学校安排学习者参加面授教学的固定化等问题。以结构方程的模型为主要研究方法,以天津电大本学期的"预约式"面授教学试点作为研究对象,分析出"预约式"面授教学受教师、学习者和预约三个层面的影响。研究结果表明,三方面因素是主要的影响要素,其中,学习者对教学效果的影响较大,其次是教师。通过结构方程验证的结果,从潜变量和测量变量出发,提出"预约式"面授教学的实施方案。 Different from traditional collective teaching,'appointment'face-to-face teaching is an innovative and personalized teaching conception. It solves such problems as absent learning process, insufficient targeted learning resources, solidified arrangement of face-to-face teaching in distance education. Taking structural equation model as research method and'appointment'face-to-face teaching in Tianjin Open University in this semester as research object, this paper concludes that'appointment'face-to-face teaching is influenced by three factors including teachers, learners and appointment. Among these three factors, learners are the most influential factor, and teachers rank the second place. With the verification of structural equation model and based on latent variables and measurement variables, this paper puts forward the solution of the'appointment'face-to-face teaching.
