法律教育在社区居民中开展的现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Legal Education in Community Residents

随着社会生活的变革,人们手中拥有的财产种类也越来越多,由此引发很多法律问题。但是有些人觉得法律没什么用,只要自己不犯法,一辈子也不跟法律打交道,即便是受到伤害,也不敢或者不愿意拿起法律武器来维护自己的利益。社区法律教育愈来愈受到社会的重视,但还存在诸多问题,需要加大社区法制宣传力度,使广大社区居民能够自觉运用法律武器维护自身权利,以减少家庭纠纷,缓解社会矛盾。

With the change of social life,people have owned increasing types of properties, thus many legal issues have taken place. However, someone don't regard law as useful. They think they will never touch on laws as long as they don't violet them. Even when they become victims, they neither dare nor are willing to take advantage of laws to protect their rights. Legal education in community education has been increasingly emphasized, but there are still many problems. Legal teaching should be more emphasized in community to make community citizens legally armed to consciously protect their rights and decrease family and social conflicts.
