高职院校中外合作办学人才培养的策略探讨

On the Strategy of Talent Cultivation in Sino-foreign Cooperative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前中国的改革开放不断深入,市场开放程度增加,世界经济一体化的格局形成。为了适应这一时代发展趋势,国家人才的培养也开始朝着国际化的方向发展,促进了中外合作办学的迅速发展。在这种形势下,高职院校中外合作办学培养国际化人才的重要性更加突显,但现阶段还存在高职学生文化基础薄弱等问题,需要提高学生综合素质,加强高职院校培养国际化人才的科学管理,向社会输送更多高素质的人才。

Nowadays, the reform and opening up in China is increasingly deep, market is increasingly open, and global economic integration is formed. In order to adapt to the current developing trend, the cultivation of talents in our country has become internationalization-oriented, which facilitates the rapid development of Sino- foreign cooperation. In this situation, the importance of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges to cultivate internationalized talents moves to the foreground. However,problems such as low basic knowledge among high vocational students in the present internationalized talent cultivation still exist, which requires the enhancement of students' comprehensive quality, the improvement of scientific administration of internationalized talents, thus providing more high quality talents for the society.
