摘要
通过对缸内直喷汽油机颗粒物生成机理、排放特性以及影响因素的研究进行综述,了解到直喷汽油机碳烟的生成主要源于缸内壁面油膜的池火燃烧和局部混合气过浓的影响,多环芳香烃是碳烟生成的主要前驱物;直喷汽油机颗粒物排放要高于进气道喷射汽油机以及装有颗粒捕集器的柴油机,并且与发动机运行及控制参数、混合气组织方式、燃油理化特性等有较大关系,通过优化燃烧组织措施,采用含氧燃料等方法能有效降低颗粒物排放.
This paper focuses on the review of the research progress on the formation mechanism of soot and the emission characteristics of particulate matter(PM)in cylinder of gasoline direct injection(GDI)engine and influencing factors.The soot from GDI engine mainly comes from the pool burning and local rich region in the cylinder.PAHs are the main precursor of soot generation.The PM levels of the GDI engine are much higher than those of the PFI engine and diesel engine equipped with DPF.Engine control strategy,mixture organization and the properties of fuel have a significant impact on soot emission.It can effectively reduce particulate emissions by optimizing combustion and using alcoholic oxygen fuel.
