摘要
印染企业薪酬问题变得越来越敏感而又难以管理,薪酬不仅是员工收入还代表着员工价值,更是投资者投资成本、企业文化的重要部分,直接影响着企业的发展。文中从薪酬设计与管理中的工资定位、工资结构、工资结算与绩效考核等方面进行分析,并提出了相应措施与解决方法,为印染企业的薪酬体系提供一定的参考依据。
The compensation problem of printing and dyeing enterprises has become more and more sensitive and difficult to manage. In the minds of investors, not only the cost, but also the corporate culture, in the minds of employees, the salary is not only the income but also the value. This paper analyzes the salary positioning,salary structure, salary settlement and performance appraisal in salary design and management, and proposes corresponding measures and solutions.
