分析服装企业生产流程,总结每一个流程中产生污染的环节,从主体生产活动污染物和辅助生产活动污染物两方面阐述污染物的利用途径,并提出烟尘、二氧化硫等污染物排放控制方法。文章表明,企业通过采购低硫低灰煤炭、改进燃烧方式、余热回收利用、废物综合利用等方式,可做到低消耗、低排放、低污染,为节能减排绿色化工厂建设提出有力的途径和方法。

This paper analyzes the production process of garment enterprises, summarizes the pollution links in each process, expounds the utilization ways of pollutants from the two aspects of main production activity pollutants and auxiliary production activity pollutants, and puts forward the emission control methods of pollutants such as soot and sulfur dioxide. The article shows that enterprises can achieve low consumption, low emission and low pollution by purchasing low-sulfur and low-ash coal, improving combustion mode, waste heat recovery and comprehensive utilization, and so on.
