Study on the Sewing Process and Maintenance Method of Double Sided Cashmere Coat

基于双面绒大衣的穿着特点和缝制特点,介绍双面绒大衣的缝制流程。给出双面绒大衣详细的缝制工艺,包括布匹裁剪、裁片剖缝、手工缝制、成衣锁钉、成衣整烫等,介绍各环节步骤及关键问题。从5个方面阐述双面绒大衣的穿着洗涤及保养注意事项,以便于保持面料质感、延长服装寿命。该研究对提高产品外观质量、提升产品内在品质具有十分重要的意义。

Based on the wearing and sewing characteristics of double-sided velvet coat,the sewing process of double-sided velvet coat is introduced.Detailed sewing technology of double-sided velvet overcoat is given,including cloth cutting,cutting,manual sewing,ready-made clothing lock nail,ready-made clothing ironing,etc.The steps and key problems of each link are introduced.This paper expounds the matters needing attention in washing and maintenance of double-faced velvet overcoat from five aspects in order to maintain the texture of the fabric and prolong the life of the garment.The research is of great significance to improve the appearance quality and the intrinsic quality of products.
