间位与对位芳纶混合物定性定量分析 被引量:2

摘要 探讨间位芳纶与对位芳纶混合物的定性定量分析方法,对间位芳纶和对位芳纶进行微观表征,分析间位芳纶和对位芳纶的形态区别,通过化学溶解法定量的试验,并对芳纶混合物进行物理拆分法定量分析。文章表明,物理方法与化学方法的测试结果与参考值的偏差绝对值均在1%以下,因此可以认为这两种方法的定量分析结果都具有较好的准确性,均可以作为间位芳纶与对位芳纶混合物的定量分析方法。 Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for the blends of meta-aramid and para-aramid were discussed.The micro-Characterization of meta-aramid and para-aramid was carried out.The morphological differences between meta-aramid and para-aramid were analyzed.The mixtures of aramid and para-aramid were quantitatively analyzed by physical method through chemical dissolution method.The results show that the absolute deviation between the physical and chemical methods and the reference values is less than 1%.Therefore,it can be considered that the quantitative analysis results of the two methods have good accuracy and can be used as quantitative analysis methods for the blends of meta-aramid and para-aramid.
