Development of High-Twist Pure Cotton Jacquard Fabric

分析普通强捻纱生产中的难题,设计高支超高强捻纱特色提花面料的新型生产工艺,并从经纬纱的准备、整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、后整理等方面探讨高支超高强捻纱特色提花面料的生产工艺与技术要点。结果表明,通过改善蒸纱工艺、浆纱工艺等,采用高支、提花、强捻等设计元素开发的新产品更有肌理感、手感滑糯、丝绸感更强。

This paper analyses the difficulties in the production of ordinary strong twist yarn,designs a new production process of high count and super high twist jacquard fabric,and explains the production process and technical points of high count and super high twist jacquard fabric from the aspects of warp and weft yarn preparation,warping,sizing,reed threading,weaving and finishing.The article shows that by improving the steaming and sizing processes,the article shows that the newly developed products with high count,jacquard,strong twist and other design elements have better texture,smooth touch and silk feeling.
