摘要 以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为乳化剂,用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和功能单体丙烯酸,制备丙烯酸酯乳液反相破乳剂。通过采用正交设计,以对丙烯酸酯乳液反相破乳剂合成中A (反应时间)、B(反应温度)、C(反应物物质的量比)和D(催化剂用量)为4个因素,每因素选取3个水平进行试验,并测定合成产品的除油率,确定了最佳反应工艺条件为:反应时间8h、反应温度100℃、反应物物质的量比1:1和催化剂用量0.6%。在加量50mg/L时处理渤海油田某高含水原油采出液除油率达到90%以上。 Acrylic emulsion reverse phase demulsifier was prepared by using twelve alkylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)and acrylic acid.Through orthogonal design,the effects of 4 factors,A(reaction time),B(reaction temperature),C(reactant molar ratio)and D(catalyst dosage),on the synthesis of reverse phase demulsifier of acrylate emulsion are investigated.Each factor was selected at 3 levels for testing,and the oil removal rate of the synthetic product was determined.And the optimum reaction conditions are determined as follows:The reaction time is 8h,the reaction temperature is 100,the molar ratio of the reactant is 1:1 and the amount of catalyst is 0.6%,and the deoil rate of a high water cut crude oil in Bohai oilfield is over 90%when adding the amount of 50mg/L.
