摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备了ZnxFe3-xO4(x=0.3~1.0)锌铁氧体,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)和射频阻抗材料分析仪对样品结构和磁性进行了分析。结果表明,样品在1320~1400℃烧结能同时获得高的比饱和磁化强度和低的矫顽力。截止频率低于100MHz,磁谱曲线呈弛豫型。当样品中Zn2+含量x由0.3增加到1.0时,Ms^x曲线呈现双峰,锌铁氧体发生亚铁磁性-反铁磁性-亚铁磁性的磁相转变。
The spinel zinc ferrites ZnxFe3-xO4 (x=0.3~1.0) are prepared by chemical coprecipitation method at sintering temperature of 1240℃ to 1400℃. The structure and magnetic properties of the samples are investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and radio-frequency impedance (RFI) analyzer. The experimental results show that pure spinel ferrite can be attained. High specific saturation magnetization and low coercive field strength are obtained at sintering temperature between 1320℃ and 1400℃. The samples exhibit relaxation type magnetic spectrum with the cut-off frequency below 100MHz. It is observed that the magnetic phase transition of ferrimagnetism - antiferrimagnetism - ferrimagnetism (FM-AFM-FM) occurs at the zinc content x of 0.3 to 1.0.
