摘要
针对涂层结构的残余应力测量,阐述了使用微拉曼光谱法测量涂层结构残余应力的一般流程与典型应用,探讨了当前应用拉曼光谱法进行涂层残余应力测量表征领域亟待解决的问题,包括各向异性涂层不同表面的拉曼频移-应力定量关系的确定、基准拉曼频移的科学标定,以及涂层在实际服役期间经历循环载荷作用下的残余应力演化表征等。
With regard to the residual stress measurement of coatings,this paper describes the general process and typical application of micro-Raman spectroscopy in measuring residual stress of coating structure,and looks into problems that need to be solved in the measurement and characterization of coating residual stress by Raman spectroscopy,including the determination of Raman shift-stress quantitative relationship on different surfaces of anisotropic coatings,the scientific calibration of reference Raman shift,and the evolution of residual stress of coatings subjected to cyclic loading during actual service.
